Meaning

Red earth stretches to the horizon, and the rock changes color with every setting sun.

For the Anangu people the site is held deeply sacred through Tjukurpa, the creation time; certain places are left unphotographed, and climbing has been prohibited by law since October 2019.

About twenty minutes by road from Ayers Rock (Connellan) Airport to the national park.
Etiquette
